Remember the days of good Customer Service? Well, this company exudes the old fashion ways of treating a customer with kindness and respect. I recently needed to get quotes on uniforms for a client, and Mel Rodriguez came to my aid. She is competent, friendly, professional and goes to bat for the customer. She found me many options and put a power point together that I could show my client. Of course, changes came up from them, and Mel went back to work for me! Here's the sweetest part, I received a surprise delivery of swag items, that are very useful and candy for Valentines day! Thank you Specialty Incentives and give Mel a bottle of good wine! :)
